For general inquiries about the Charity Compliance Index or the Institute and our oversight activities, please contact us at info@charitycomplianceinstitute.org 

For members of the public, including donors and beneficiaries, seeking access to the CCIRD to obtain information about an organization's Charity Compliance Index rating, please email our Public Access team at publicaccess@charitycomplianceinstitute.org 

Please include the name of the organization you are making an access request for, as well as the Charity BN/Registration Number. 

For non-profit organizations seeking an assessment and formal Charity Compliance Index rating for inclusion in the CCIRD, our Assessment team can refer you to a Charity Compliance Index Assessment Provider at assessments@charitycomplianceinstitute.org.   

If you are a non-profit organization whose coverage was initiated by a third-party Charity Compliance Index Assessment Provider, you can inquire about your CCIRD profile and current rating by emailing ratinginquiries@charitycomplianceinstitute.org.   

Please include the name of your organization and your Charity BN/Registration Number in all communications.
